Spa Etiquette

As of 6/16/21 Beyond Spa will no longer require our guests or staff to wear masks. If you prefer your service provider wears a mask, please let us know when booking your appointment, upon check in, or during your consultation. We always want you to feel safe and comfortable during your time at the spa. If you are sick, please stay home for everyone’s safety. The safety of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. We are so grateful for your business and continued support. 

RESERVATIONS-Please call in advance to assure availability.  A credit card is required to secure an appointment.

CANCELLATIONS-As a courtesy to our guests and staff we require a 24 hours notice of cancellation for any scheduled spa service Monday through Thursday and 48 hours notice Friday through Saturday or for packages, groups and holidays. There is a 50% cancellation fee applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment when notice is not provided.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY-We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your experience.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.

GIFT CERTIFICATES-Gift Certificates are available for any spa package or any amount.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable and available for purchase online.

JEWELRY/VALUABLES– Beyond Spa recommends you leave your diamond tiara and valuables at home. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

MEDICAL NOTICE– If you have any medical conditions such as allergies, are pregnant, nursing etc., please notify our staff when scheduling your appointment. Certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s note.

-We’ll send you an email within a few minutes. (Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.)
-In the email look for the attachment, or click on the downloadable link to view & print your gift certificate.

CHILDREN- Out of consideration for other spa guests, children without appointments and a present guardian are not permitted. 

NATURAL NAIL– We only offer non-abrasive nail products (no gel, shellac or acrylic.) We focus on natural nails and polish, unfortunately we do not have the chemicals or products needed to remove gel, acrylic or shellac. We ask that you please remove all gel, acrylic or shellac before your appointment. 

SERVICE TIME-Service time includes time for consultation, undressing, and service.

PAYMENT-We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (American Express accepted in store only), cash, or ATM debit cards.  We do not accept checks.  Gratuities are not included, but are much appreciated. Prices are subject to change.

CELL PHONES-Out of consideration for other Beyond guests, please turn off your phone before entering the spa.  Also, remember to keep your voices down when chatting in the spa.
